How wework.

Our method statement, from the first enquiry to handover and after-sales service. It is the same process we have refined on doors, frames, wardrobes, kitchens and joinery packages across the UAE since 1977, run by one accountable team.

Overall method

From enquiry to handover

Every project follows these twelve stages. Each one has a responsible department and a clear output, so contractors and consultants always know where the work stands.

01

Enquiry & estimation

We study your drawings, door schedule, specification and BOQ. The estimation department takes off quantities, selects materials and ironmongery, and prices the work.

  • Tender drawings and BOQ review
  • Clarifications and value-engineering options
  • Material and finish proposals
ResponsibleEstimation
OutputDetailed quotation
02

Contract & job order

The project and contract manager signs the contract with the client and issues approved Job Orders (JO) to every department head.

  • Contract agreement signed
  • Job Order issued to all departments
ResponsibleProjects & contracts
OutputSigned contract · Job Order
03

Project execution plan

Planning builds the full execution plan: schedule, materials and cost, and the manpower needed in the factory and on site.

  • Programme linked to the main contractor's schedule
  • Material and manpower plan
ResponsiblePlanning
OutputExecution plan · programme
04

Site survey & measurement

Our engineers measure the openings and spaces on site once walls are ready, so everything is made to the real dimensions.

  • Opening sizes, wall thickness and levels
  • Coordination with MEP and finishes
ResponsibleEngineering · site team
OutputMeasurement sheets
05

Shop drawings, samples & mock-up

Engineering drafts shop drawings strictly to the client's specification. Material, finish and ironmongery samples and a mock-up are submitted, and revisions are made until approved.

  • Elevations, sections and details
  • Material submittals and fire certificates
  • Mock-up for approval

OutputApproved shop drawings · samples
06

Procurement & incoming inspection

Purchase orders follow the approved estimate. The storekeeper inspects every delivery against the specification, and rejected material goes back to the supplier.

  • Timber, boards, veneers, ironmongery
  • Moisture and thickness checks
ResponsiblePurchase · stores · QC
OutputPurchase orders · material inspection
07

Cutting sheets & production

The project department prepares cutting sheets from the shop drawings. After the Production Manager approves them, the factory machines, presses and assembles every item.

  • Beam saw, moulders, edge banders, CNC
  • Hot pressing of veneers and laminates
ResponsibleProduction
OutputCutting sheets · production schedule

Finishing

Sanding, sealer and lacquer coats in our spray finishing area, matched to the approved sample for colour and sheen.

  • Sealer sanding between coats
  • Colour and sheen check against sample

Quality inspection & packing

The Quality Manager checks every finished item, then it is labelled, packed and stored safely until delivery.

  • Dimensions, squareness and finish
  • Fire door labels and ironmongery prep
ResponsibleQuality control
OutputQC inspection report
10

Delivery & installation

Items are delivered as the project manager instructs, to suit site conditions. Our installers work to the main contractor's programme without damaging other trades' work.

Areas are cleaned and made ready for snagging. We close every snag and get sign-off from the contractor, consultant and client on the proper forms.

  • Joint inspection and snag list
  • Final approvals and handover
ResponsibleProjects · QC
